Registration has started for Spokane-based Avista Utilities newest renewable energy program, Solar Select. Marc Schaffner, renewable energy product manager for Avista, describes the program as a cost-effective structure designed to bring solar energy to the company’s medium- and large-sized commercial and industrial customers in Washington state.
